Q1: Why the costume on your website can be sent out within 5~14 days?
A: YesCosplay.com is the original cosplay costume factory. We can get your order information on the first hand and process as soon as possible.

Q2: How is the quality compare to other website?
A: As a original factory, we target in high-end market. And you can see our costume on network everywhere. We supply the worldwide costume. We have our own design and QC department, so believe our quality.

Q3: Can you customize according to my measure size?
A: Yes, we accept customize and without extra cost. Just need the accurate body size.

Q4: How can I pay?
A: For now, only the paypal available. If you only have credit card, it's easy to have a paypal account and to connect with your credit card.

Q5: How do I know I have placed the order successful?
A: confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after you placed order. If you have not received any confirmation email, please email us at [email protected] for assistance. You may also need to check you spam folder.

Q6: How can I customize with my special request?
A: For any request or remark, can contact us at [email protected]. We will replay to your request as soon as we seen the email.

Q7: Can I cancel the order?
A: In some cases we may accept cancellation if an order has not yet been start production. But for the item that already on process, we may charge some cost for the waste.

Q8: Why I need to pay import tax for my items?
A: Please kindly noted that item cost do not cover duty and taxes. Purchases are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes associated with the shipment. We do not accept any returned packages for buyers unwilling or fail to pay custom duties and taxes. thanks for your understanding.
