Return And Exchange Policy
We accept returning or exchanging your product within 5 days of purchase in unwashed, unworn conditions.
- It is our great honor that you choose our site for your cosplay costume and your satisfaction is our complete goal! Make sure your returned products meet our terms and conditions and see how we will return for you.
- Size is inappropriate within 5 days once you receive your product.
- Item must be in unwashed and original condition((including all labels and tags intact) and have no odor or stains.
- Item must be delivered back to our company's warehouse(Address shown below).
- Defective/wrong products (except for damage caused by customers in this category) can be returned and we will be responsible for the delivery fee.
- If you want to return or exchange your product because you changed your mind and unfortunately you will be required the re-shipping postage.
3 Ways To Return
- Carefully package the item in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton.
- Make sure you include your name and/or order number so that we know who it's from! Please enter the value of the returned item as 20 USD and use EMS Express to prevent Chinese customs from withholding the goods!

If There Are Defective/Missing Items?
If you find the costume missing or defective, we are sorry for that! Contact us within 5 days with the photos of defective or missing items, a new shipment of the defective or missing items will be arranged quickly for free.
If Not My Size?
If you wish to return an item that has the wrong size, please make sure to be subject to the true experience and do not rely on the label on the outside packaging. It is usual for a manufacturer to use the same labeling or packaging for all costume sizes. In addition, it is possible that the size of the costume is correct while the packaging labeling is incorrect. (1-2 inches difference is normal), even though It's rare.
If a wrong size or quality problem is made on our side, we are responsible for repair and exchange.
We’re unable to refund or exchange products made to your own specifications or customized for you, unless faulty.
If you wish to return an item due to incorrect information that you have given us, then you will be responsible for the cost of reproduction and the shipping.
Please note that size varies between bodies and styles, be sure to follow the measurement method provided on our website. We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrectly sized garments that are customized for you, someone else can help you to take the measurements if you're not quite sure. Please make a careful decision, if your body is between two sizes, we advise the larger one because it’s easier to make an alteration in case of the unfit.
Order Cancellations and Returns
If you want to cancel the order, be sure it's within 48 hours and the order status shows " Processed Payment" and we will fully refund.
If you wish to cancel the order after 48 hours, and the order states show "Is Producing", when we will refund 95% of the total price (Please understand that in 48 hours, the factory has already begun to make your item and related products materials have been prepared. A Cancellation After 48 Hours Means Actual Consuming!
How long Do I Refund An Item?
We aim to process your return ASAP. Refunds proceed within 1-3 business days upon our receiving the returned item. If you have not been refunded after 15 days of returning the item, please contact us with your order and returns tracking information.
